I, THE undersigned, William Watson, of
Shortland, in the Province of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, Civil Engi-
neer, hereby make application to Register the
"Saint Andrews Gold Mining Com-
pany (Registered)," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies' Limited
Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and
sincerely declare that the following statement
is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, viz.:

That the name and style of the Com-
pany is "The Saint Andrews Gold-
mining Company (Registered)." -
The place of operations is at Karaka
Creek. -
The nominal capital of the Com-
pany is Six thousand Pounds in twelve
hundred shares of Five Pounds each. -
The amount already paid up is Two
thousand seven hundred Pounds. -
The name of the manager is William
Watson abovenamed. -
The Office of the Company is at the
corner of Albert-street and Brown-street, of
Graham's Town, near Shortland aforesaid. -
That the names and several residences
of the shareholders, and the number of shares
held by each at this date, are as follow:—
