I, THE undersigned, THOMAS GEORGE TANTON, hereby make application to Register THE ALBURNIA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED) under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

That the name and style of the Company is The Alburnia Gold-mining Company (Registered).

That the place of operations is at the Moanataiari Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
