I, THE undersigned, THOMAS GEORGE TANTON, hereby make application to Register THE ALBURNIA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED) under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is The Alburnia Gold-mining Company (Registered).

  2. That the place of operations is at the Moanataiari Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal Capital of the Company is Twenty-one thousand Pounds in Two thousand one hundred Shares of ten Pounds each.

  4. That the amount paid up is Eighteen thousand nine hundred Pounds.

  5. That the name of the Manager is Thomas George Tanton.

  6. That the Office of the Company is in Fort-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—
