TENDERS will be received at this Office, until noon of Monday the 21st instant, for the under-mentioned services and supplies for the Provincial Government, during the periods stated, commencing on the 1st January, 1869.
Printed Forms of Tender are obtainable at this Office, together with full particulars of information as to the nature and conditions of the several Contracts.
Tenders for separate Services must be written on separate Forms; and each such Form must be enclosed in an envelope, sealed, and endorsed "Tender for (number and name of Service)."
Samples of the various articles should accompany each Tender.

IT is hereby notified that the Leases enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for Sale by public auction, by Messrs. Cochrane & Son, at their Mart, in Fort-street, on Thursday, the 24th day of December instant, at 12 o’clock, noon.

(Nos. 1 to 10 inclusive, are for one year, commencing 1st January, 1869.)
- Lease of the Crane Dues, leviable on the Queen-street Wharf.
- Lease of Fees chargeable for the supply of Water from the Government Tank, and from a 2-inch Service Pipe in Official Bay.
- Lease of the Tolls leviable at the Newmarket Gates, and at the Remuera and Mount Eden Road (East) Chain Bars, together with the charges leviable at the Newmarket Weighbridge.
- Lease of the Tolls leviable at the Otahuhu and Slippery Creek Gates.
- Lease of the Tolls leviable at the Gates situated at the junction of New North Road and Mount Eden Road, and at the Gaol Road Chain Bar, together with the Royalty leviable for Scoria Ash from the Gravel Pit on the Mount Eden Reserve.
- Lease of the Tolls leviable at the Newton Gate, at the corner of Ponsonby Road.
- Lease of the Tolls leviable at the Panmure Bridge Gate.
- Lease of the Fees leviable at the Slaughter-house, Newmarket.
- Lease of the Sale Yards and Public Pound at Newmarket.
- Lease of the Tolls leviable at the Queen-street and Custom-house-street Wharves, and at the Gore-street Jetty and Breakwater; together with the fees chargeable at the Wharf Weighbridge.
- Lease, for a period of twenty-one years, of Common School Reserve, situated at Remuera, in the suburbs of Auckland, and being allotment 83, section 16, containing acres, 10; roods, 0 perches 22; more or less.
