The undersigned, John Edwin Mac-
donald hereby make application to register "The Golden Hill Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provi-sions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following state-ment is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is "The Golden Hill Gold Mining Company, Registered."

The place of operations is the Waiotahi Creek, in the Thames Gold Field, District of Hauraki, in the Province of Auckland, Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Two thousand three hundred and seventy pounds, in two hundred and thirty-seven shares of ten pounds each.

The amount already paid up is one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six pounds.

The name of the Manager is John Edwin Macdonald.

The Office of the Company is in Pollen Street, Shortland.

The names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of shares held by each, at this date, are as follows:—

All private notices or advertisements intended for insertion in the Gazette must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office accompanied by prepayment of the charge for advertising according to the rates above specified.
Such matter must be legibly written on one side of the paper only; and the number of insertions required must be signified in writing across the face of the copy.
The Government will not guarantee the publication of any such notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless prepaid.
ADVERTISEMENTS.
THE Charges for Advertising in this Gazette are to be prepaid; and in cases where arrears have been permitted to arise, no future advertisements or notices will be inserted until such arrears have been paid.
