IN pursuance of the power in the Superintendent vested by the fourth section of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the District of KIRIKIRIROA, and appoint the First Meeting of the Electors to take place at the Royal Hotel, East Hamilton, on Saturday, the twenty-fourth day of October instant, at two o’clock in the afternoon.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this first day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
