NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Cambridge, in the District of Waikato, in the Province of Auckland, on the 3rd day of November next, will be heard the application of Ngataru Te Pae, Horomona Ihaia, and others, of the District aforesaid, for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in a Crown Grant dated the 27th day of June, 1868, made and issued to the said applicants and others, which said hereditaments are situate at Hinuera, in the District aforesaid, and known or called by the name of Hinuera No. 1.
