PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

BY virtue of the powers in me vested by the forty-second section of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby delegate, unto the Highway Trustees of the MOUNT WELLINGTON District, the powers and authority vested in me, as Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, by the fourth, fifth, and ninth sections of “The Thistle Act, 1858.”

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this fourth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

I HEREBY notify for general information that, in pursuance of the second clause of “The Vaccination Act, 1863,” I have appointed WILLIAM RAYNER ESQ., M.R.C.S. to be a Medical Officer under the said Act, for the DISTRICT OF RAGLAN, as defined by Proclamation in the Provincial Government Gazette, bearing date the 3rd September, 1864, in the room of Mr. James P. King, resigned.
