BY desire of His Excellency the Governor, the following Notifications are published for general information.

Government House,
Auckland, 26th March, 1868.
HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that he will hold a Levee, at the Government House, Auckland, on Saturday, the 28th instant, at Two o’clock, p.m.
The Members of both Houses of the General Assembly, and other gentlemen provided with cards of entrée, will assemble in the drawing-room, and the general circle in the dining-room.
Each gentleman is requested to bring with him two cards, with his name printed or written thereon; one to be left in the entrance hall, and the other to be given to the Aide-de-Camp in waiting.
It is requested that those who attend the Levee (with the exception of visitors from the country, and others who may not be able conveniently to conform to the usual regulations in this respect,) will wear either official dress, uniform, or evening costume.

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to be made known, for general information, that he will receive all persons desirous of an interview with him on Wednesday and Saturday in every week, between the hours of eleven a.m. and two p.m.
At the same time, His Excellency desires that it may be clearly understood that Officers of the Government, gentlemen from the country, or others wishing to communicate with him personally, will be received on any day, or at any hour that he may happen to be at home.
Lady Bowen will receive visitors every Wednesday and Saturday, between twelve noon and two p.m.
Persons desiring an interview with His Excellency, are requested to proceed to the Private Secretary’s Office; and other visitors to the front door of Government House.
