that, in pursuance of the second clause
of “The Vaccination Act, 1863,” I have appointed
William Brown, Esq., Surgeon,
to be a Medical Officer under the said Act,
for the District of Raglan, as defined by
Proclamation in the Provincial Government
Gazette, bearing date the 3rd September,
1864, and particularly for that portion of the
said District of Raglan which is known
as the Poverty Bay district.
