Auckland, 24th January, 1867.
NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Paihia, on the 1st of May next, will be heard the claim of Hemi Tautari, to succeed to the land called Kakamatenga, in the district of the Bay of Islands, Province of Auckland, granted by the Crown, to the late Hori Koto, deceased.
