Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 24th January, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Paihia, on the 1st of May next, will be heard the claim of Hemi Tautari, to succeed to the land called Kakamatenga, in the district of the Bay of Islands, Province of Auckland, granted by the Crown, to the late Hori Koto, deceased.

HE Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai: kei te Kooti Whakawa Whenua ka turia ki Paihia, a te 1, o nga ra o Mei, 1867, te whakawakia ai te paanga o Hemi Tautari, ki te whenua a Kakamatenga, kei te takiwa o Peowhairangi, kua puta te Karauna Karaati kia Hori Koto, kua mate, ara kia kitea te tika o te rironga o taua whenua ki a ia.

IN addition to those already gazetted, the undermentioned gentlemen have received Licenses to survey lands under the "Native Lands Act, 1865:"--

I DO HEREBY NOTIFY by virtue of clause 5 of the "Auckland Waste Land Act, 1866," that the General Country Land hereinafter mentioned, shall be open for selection and sale, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on Wednesday, the 6th day of March next.
