"The Toll Exemption Act, 1864,"
"The Empowering Act, 1860, No. 2,"
"The Appropriation Act, 1867,"
having been laid before the Governor, His
Excellency has been pleased to leave the
same to their operation.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors
of the above-named Debtors are, on
or before the nineteenth day of February
instant, to come in and prove their debts at
the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and
Notice is further given that a sitting of the
Court will be holden at the Court House afore
said on Wednesday, the twentieth day of Feb
ruary instant, at eleven o'clock in the fore
noon for the hearing of the petitions of the above
named debtors for the discharge of such of
the above-named debtors as the Court shall
think entitled to the same, and for the dis
patch of all business accruing under the said
Act.
