NOTICE is hereby given, that the Creditors of the abovenamed Petitioners, are, on or before the Seventh day of January 1868, to come in and prove their debts, at the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is further given, that a sitting of the Court will be held at the Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday, the eighth day of January, 1868, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above named Petitioners, as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Ahipara, on the 17th of February next, will be heard the claim of Hare Mikara, to succeed to the interest in the land called Omaia, Mongonui, Province of Auckland, granted by the Crown to Hoani Taua and others.
