IN pursuance of the power vested in the Superintendent by the fourth section of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation in the District of WAIPU, and appoint the first meeting of the electors to take place at Campbell’s Hotel, Waiuku, on Tuesday the twenty-fourth day of December inst., at noon.
