NOTICE

Compensation Court Office,
Auckland, November 23rd, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the adjourned sittings of the Compensation Court, to investigate claims to land in the Bay of Plenty confiscated block, will be held at Matata (Te Awa o te Atua) on the second day of December next.

He PANUITANGA, tenei kia mohiotia ai, ko te nohoanga o te Kooti Whakawa mo nga whenua kua tangohia, i te takiwa o te Rawhiti, ki hai nei i oti tera Whakawakanga, ka tūria ki Matata, (Te Awa o te Atua) i taua takiwa a te 2 o nga ra o Tihema e haere ake nei.

NOTICE.

In pursuance of the power vested in the Superintendent by the fourth section of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby bring the said Act into operation in the District of Kāka, and appoint the first meeting of the electors to take place at Young's Hotel, Drury, on Wednesday, the eleventh day of December proximo, at noon.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
