PROCLAMATION.

I, JOHN WILLIAMSON, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, by virtue of the powers in me vested by an Act of the Provincial Council, intituled, “The Wharfage Act, 1866,” do hereby impose and levy the following charges for the use of the wharves, piers, and jetties, situate on the South Shore of the Harbour of Auckland, between a line drawn in continuation of the East side of Albert-street and another line drawn in continuation of the East side of Princes-street, and for the landing of the undermentioned articles on the said wharves, piers, and jetties, that is to say:—

s. d.
For every ton of 2000 lbs. weight of Flour . . . 2 0
For every bushel of Oats . . . 0 0½
For all other kinds of Grain, per bushel . . . 0 0¼
(The produce of the Province of Auckland only excepted.)

And I appoint that the charges hereby imposed, shall be levied on and after the thirtieth day of November, 1867.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-second day of November, 1867.

NOTIFICATION.

THE Superintendent will meet the Provincial Council, at the Council Chambers, at 3 o’clock p.m. on Thursday next, the 28th inst., for the purpose of opening the Twenty-second Session.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

BY virtue of the powers in me vested by the forty-second section of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby delegate unto the Highway Trustees of the Pukekohe District, the powers and authority vested in me as Superintendent by the fourth, fifth and ninth Sections of “The Thistle Act, 1858.”

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-second day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
