PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By Daniel Pollen, Esq., Deputy
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

I
N pursuance of the power vested in the
Superintendent by the fourth section of
The Highways Act, 1867, I do hereby
bring the said Act into operation in the
District of Albertland North, and appoint
the first meeting of the electors to take place
at the residence of Mr. R. Wharfe, North
Oruawharo, on Tuesday, the first day of
October next, at eleven o’clock in the fore-
noon.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-fourth day of
September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

School-house, Pukekohe, on Tuesday, the
first day of October next, at twelve o’clock,
noon.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-fourth day of
September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

o’clock in the forenoon.
