the road from the mouth of the Slaughter House Creek to the Grammar School. On the west by the Epsom Road to the Great South Road; on the south by the Great South Road the junction of Roads at the Harp of Erin to Inn, thence by a direct line to the S. W. angle of lot No. 25 of section No. 12, and by the southern boundaries of lots 25 and 34 of said section; and on the east by the eastern boundary of lot No. 34 of section No. 12, and by the south side of the Tamaki Road to the eastern angle of section No. 17; and thence by the eastern side of section No. 16 to the Orakei Creek; including all roads traversing the lands within the before mentioned boundaries.

has been appointed a Ranger under the said Act, in addition to those whose names have been already published.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IN pursuance of the power vested in the Superintendent by the fourth section of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation in the District of Remuera, and appoint the first meeting of the electors to take place at the school-house, adjoining the Independent Chapel, Remuera, on Tuesday, the first day of October next, at the hour of Twelve, noon.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Coromandel Gold Mining Company (Limited), held at the Company’s office, Fort-street, Auckland, on the 27th July, the following special resolutions were unanimously carried, in accordance with “The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860,” viz:—

“That immediate steps be taken to wind the Company up voluntarily, in accordance with section 107, clause 2, of ‘The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860.’

“That Captain Daldy, and Messrs. Jervis and Schultz, be appointed liquidators of the Company, in accordance with section 109, clause 3, of ‘The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860,’ and the remuneration for all personal services required for winding up the Company, not to exceed the sum of fifty pounds.”
