David Davidson, of Auckland, Blacksmith.

Richard James Feltus, of Auckland, Clerk, George Rowley, of Auckland, Publican, Charles Jephson William Kensington, of Auckland aforesaid, settlor,
Thomas Bennett, of Auckland, Greengrocer, Charles Pye, of Papakura, in the Province of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Debtors are, on or before the fifth day of February next, to come in and prove their debts, at the Court House, Edenstrest, Auckland; and notice is further given that a Sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid on Wednesday, the sixth day of February next, at eleven o’clock, in the forenoon, for the hearing of the petitions of the above-named Debtors for the discharge of such of the above-named Debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.
