I HEREBY notify that the Chairman of the Annual Meeting of the Electors of the District of Kaurihohori has, in accordance with the provisions of the "Highways Act, 1862," presented to me, in writing, the names of the undermentioned gentlemen, elected Highway Trustees for the District:—

  • McINNIS, Malcolm
  • McLEOD, William
  • McKENZIE, Alexander
  • RICHARDSON, John PIPER

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By FREDERICK WHITAKER, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the schedule hereunder written will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on the 11th day of March, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, as Suburban Land, at the hour of Twelve, noon.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this Ninth day of January, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Commissioner of Crown Lands Office, Auckland, January 9th, 1867.

I HEREBY notify that all that piece of land mentioned in the schedule hereunder written, will, on Monday, the 11th day of March next, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, be offered for Lease by public auction, at 12 o’clock in the forenoon.

Conditions will be made known at the time of sale.
