NORTHERN DISTRICT.
IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of the Estate of David Kirkwood, of Onehunga, near Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Shipowner.
Notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday, the 1st day of May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the above-named Petition, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.

N.B.--The proof of Debts in the first instance will be by affidavit.
In the matter of the Petition of James Cruickshank, James Smart, and David Boosie Cruickshank, all of Auckland aforesaid, Merchants, co-partners, trading under the style or firm of Cruickshank, Smart, & Co., Creditors of the said David Kirkwood.
And of the Debtors and Creditors Act 1862; the Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865; and the Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1866.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named David Kirkwood are, on or before the thirtieth day of April instant, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid on Wednesday, the first day of May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the above-named Petition, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.
