NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are, on or before the thirtieth day of April instant, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be held at the Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday, the first day of May next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors; for the discharge of such of the above-named Debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same; and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.
