NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Whangarei, on the 14th day of May next, will be heard the claim of Renata Manihera to succeed to the land called Te Wharowharo, Whangarei, Province of Auckland, for which a certificate of title has been issued in favour of the late Tipae, deceased.
