NOTICE is hereby given that the Credi-
tors of the abovenamed Debtors are on
or before the twenty third day of March,
instant, to come in and prove their Debts
at the Court House, Auckland, and notice
is further given that a sitting of the court
will be holden at the Court House aforesaid
on Saturday the twenty fourth day of
March instant, at eleven o’clock in the fore-
noon, for the hearing of the petitions of the
abovenamed Debtors, for the discharge of
such of the abovenamed Debtors as the
Court shall think entitled to the same, and
for the dispatch of all business accruing
under the said Act.\n
