PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Auckland, 6th March, 1866.

I HEREBY notify that the Chairman of the Annual Meeting of the Electors of the “Turanga District”, has, in accordance with the provisions of the “Highways Act, 1862,” presented to me, in writing, the names of the undermentioned gentlemen elected Highway Trustees for that District:

Kennedy Alexander,
Nadin James,
Tibbutt James,
Teague William,
Trust Ambrose.

Auckland, 28th February, 1866.

I hereby notify, for the information of all persons concerned, that in conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands’ Ordinances (No. 1 Sess. 10, and No. 10, Sess. 11) I have convened meetings of the holders of Depasturing Licences in the several undermentioned Hundreds, and that the persons whose names are subjoined have been duly elected by such holders to be Wardens under the said Ordinances for the current year:—

For the Hundred of Onehunga:
James Gallagher, Henry Brierley, and Edward Earley.

For the Hundred of Panmure:
William Head, James Hogan, and Benjamin Condon.

For the Hundred of Howick:
William Andrews, William Campbell, and John Patten.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, February 27, 1866.

In addition to those already gazetted the undermentioned gentlemen have received Licenses to survey lands under the “Native Lands Act 1865:”
