from the mouth of the Rapurapu Stream
aforesaid to Arowhena, on the South by the
old road from Arowhena to Orakau, and by
the Punia River, and on the West by Waipa
and Waikato Rivers to the mouth of the
Mangawharo, the point of commencement, to
be a district for the purposes of the said Act,
under the name of "The Horatiu Sheep
District."

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors
of the above-named Ann Price are, on
or before the eighth day of January next,
to come in and prove their debts at the Court-
house, Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is
further given that a sitting of the Court will
be holden at the Court-house aforesaid on
Wednesday, the 9th day of January next,
at eleven o’clock in the forenoon
for the hearing of the petitions of
the above named Debtors for the discharge
of such of the above named Debtors as the
Court shall think entitled to the same and
for the dispatch of all business accruing
under the said Act.

TEMPORARY LIGHT, GATCOMBE
HEAD, PORT CURTIS.

On and after this date, the temporary
Light, at Gatcombe Head, will be
exhibited from the Lighthouse tower, at an
elevation of sixty-six feet above high-water
mark.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

LIGHTSHIP, KEPPEL BAY, PORT OF
ROCKHAMPTON.

A LIGHTSHIP is now placed in seven
fathoms water, four and a half cables
S.S.W. ¼ W. of the Elbow Buoy.

On and after this date, she will exhibit,
between sunset and sunrise, a bright light,
at an elevation of forty-four feet above the sea.

Vessels entering the port at night, should
bring the Lightship to bear to the southward.
