In the Estate of William Brown, late of Auckland, Alexander Wolff, late of Auckland, John Norman Campbell, late of Auckland, Surveyor; Murdoch McKay, late of Auckland, Trader; Charles Cockerill, late of Mangapai, Settler; and Samuel Hay, late of Auckland, Gentleman.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honourable Court the Creditors of the above named Intestates are on or before the fifteenth day of February next, to come in and prove their debts before Laughlin O’Brien Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his office, in the Court House Eden Street, Auckland, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefits arising from the said estates.
