PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 1st September, 1866.

I HEREBY notify that the Chairman of
the Annual Meeting of the Electors of
the “Waipu District” has, in accordance
with the provisions of the “Highway Act,
1862,” presented to me, in writing, the
names of the undermentioned Gentlemen
elected Highway Trustees for that District,

Mr. Oscar B. Bryan,
Mr. Alexander Campbell,
Mr. Roderick Fraser, junr.,
Mr. John McMillan,
Mr. John J. McKay.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent of the Province
of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that all persons
claiming a right to vote at the election
of a Board of Trustees for the District of
Whaingaroa, under the “Highways Act,
1862,” are to send in their claims to W.
Harsant, Esq., J. P., on or before the 15th
day of October next, and that such claims
must be in the statutory form which can be
obtained on application to Mr. Harsant.

I HEREBY notify that Mr. Thomas
Macnamara, has been duly elected a
member of the City Board, for East Ward
No. 2, in the room of Mr. Richard Ridings,
resigned, according to the provisions of the
“City Board Act, 1863.”

1862,” are to send in their claims to Mr. J.
W. Cullaugh, on or before the 20th day of
October next, and that such claims must be
in the statutory form which can be obtained
on application to Mr. Cullaugh.
