PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Frederick Whitaker, Esq, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
FRED. WHITAKER, Superintendent of the
Province of Auckland by virtue and in
exercise of the powers in me vested by an
Act of the Superintendent and Provincial
Council of Auckland, Session 1, No. 4,
entitled an Act to abate the "Nuisance
Caused by Dogs," do hereby Proclaim and
Declare that the said Act shall come into
operation from and after the First day of
February 1866, within the following District:
From its present Southern Boundary to
Maungatiwhiri Creek including the Wairoa
and Pukekohe.
Given under my hand this 30th day of
January 1866.

or before the nineteenth day of February,
instant, to come in and prove their Debts
at the Court House, Auckland, and notice
is further given that a sitting of the Court
will be holden at the Court House aforesaid
on Tuesday the twentieth day of February
instant, at eleven oβclock in the forenoon, for
the hearing of the petitions of the above-
named Debtors for the discharge of such of
the abovenamed Debtors as the Court shall
think entitled to the same and for the dis-
patch of all business accruing under the
said Act.
