IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NORTHERN DISTRICT.

"The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862," and the "Debtors and Creditors Act, Amendment Act, 1865."

In the matter of the Petitions of Allan McIsaac, of Kapanga, province of Auckland, Contractor; Patrick Wynn, of Freeman’s Bay, Auckland, in the county of Eden, Baker; Edward Leyland, of Auckland, gentleman; George Morley, of Auckland, Clerk; Benjamin Hill, of Waiuku, in the province of Auckland, Hotel Manager; Isaac Robert Carrie, Waiuku, in New Zealand, Farmer; Harley Kingsmill, Drury, of Auckland, late a Captain in the second regiment of Waikato forces; and Sophia Paris James and Lewis Rose James, both of Auckland and Mangapai, Merchants and Hotel Keepers, and carrying on business there under the firm or style of S. P. James & Son.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Creditors of the above named Debtors, are on or before the 21st day of August instant, to come in and prove their debts, at the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and Notice is further given, that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday, the twenty-second day of August next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above named Debtors; for the discharge of such of the above named Debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same; and for the despatch of all such business accruing under the said Act.

SIR,—I am directed to forward to you, herewith, a list of Trigonometrical Stations, and to state that all Surveys made by you under the “Native Lands Act, 1865,” must be connected (wherever possible) with some of the points named in the enclosed list.
