PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, June 25th, 1866.

I HEREBY notify that in accordance with the powers vested in the Superintendent by the “Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1858,” the land herein described is hereby reserved by me and set apart as a place for the interment of the dead, being allotment No eighty-six (86), of the Parish of Mongonui, in the County of Mongonui:—Bounded on the North by a road 738 and 662 links, on the East by a road 1,140 links, on the South by a line 1,600 and 888 links, and on the West by a line 1,014 links.

In the matter of the Petitions of Edward Kinlock and Walter Pirnberton Pooks, both of Newmarket, in the Province of Auckland, Veterinary Surgeons; Allan McIsaac, of Kapanga, in the Province of Auckland, Contractor; Patrick Wynn, of Freeman’s Bay, Auckland, in the County of Eden, Baker; Edward Lyleland, of Auckland, Gentleman; George Morley, of Auckland, Clerk; and Benjamin Hill, of Waiuku, in the Province of Auckland, Hotel Manager.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the abovenamed Debtors are, on or before the tenth day of July next, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be helden at the Court House aforesaid on WEDNESDAY, the Eleventh day of July next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the abovenamed Debtors, for the discharge of such of the abovenamed Debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same; and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.
