Tuesday, the twenty-third day of May instant, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid, on Tuesday, the twenty-third day of May instant, at Eleven o’clock in the Forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named debtors, for the discharge of such of the above-named debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this eighth day of May, 1865.
