Tuesday, the twenty-third day of May instant, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid, on Tuesday, the twenty-third day of May instant, at Eleven o’clock in the Forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named debtors, for the discharge of such of the above-named debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this eighth day of May, 1865.

NOTICE is hereby Given that a sitting of the Compensation Court will be holden at the Offices, in Princes Street, in Auckland, on Monday, the 15th of May next, to investigate certain claims for compensation, on account of the taking of the Patamahoe and Tuhimata Blocks of land under the “New Zealand Settlements Act, 1863.”
