✨ Land Notifications and Sales
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
Of land, known as Kohumaru, situated near Mongonui, containing 10,000 acres, to be reserved and set apart for certain immigrants expected to arrive from the United Kingdom. The said immigrants have since duly arrived and exercised their land orders.
Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby revoke the said Proclamation, so far as the remaining unselected portions of the said Block, are concerned.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this sixteenth day of March, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-five.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be offered for sale at the old Waste Lands Office at Mongonui on the 18th day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, as General Country Land, at the hour of twelve at noon.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this sixteenth day of March, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

Again, UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all these pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be offered for sale at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on the 24th day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, as General Country Land, at the hour of twelve at noon.
