NOTICE is hereby given that all persons claiming a right to vote at the election of a Board of Trustees for the District of Otahuhu, under the Highways Act, 1862, are to send in their claims to John Gordon, Esq., on or before the 10th day of March next, and that such claims must be in the form following:—

I hereby give notice that I claim to have my name enrolled as a voter for the election of the Highway Trustees for the District of Otahuhu, (as Landowner, Lessee, or Mortgagee in possession, as the case may be,) and that the particulars of my place of abode and qualifications are as follows:—

SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal Business will be holden at the Court house, Eden-street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the first day of March next, at eleven o’clock, in the forenoon; and that a sitting for the despatch of Civil Business will be holden at the Court house, on Tuesday, the seventh day of March next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

THE Light on Mana Island, Cook’s Straits, will be exhibited on and after the 1st February, 1865. It is a fixed white light of the second order Dioptric, erected at the North West extremity of the Island, and is elevated about 450 feet above the sea level. The light will be seen in clear weather at a distance from 25 to 80 miles.
