PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 15th June, 1855.
In pursuance of the powers in me vested in that behalf, I Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, appoint the person hereunder mentioned to be an Inspector of Diseased Cattle, and to perform the duties required by the “Diseased Cattle Act, 1861” and by the Regulations issued and proclaimed in pursuance thereof.

to be Rate Collector for the district for the present year.

Notice of Times and Places for investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others of the persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written to the Block of Land, of which the Name and Locality is mentioned in the second column, will be investigated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Kapanga, Coromandel, on the day mentioned in the third column.
