IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

THE DEBTORS AND CREDITORS ACT, 1862.

In the matter of the Petition of Frederick William Fletcher of Mongonui, settler; Peter Conston, of Auckland, assistant draper; George Forrester, of Auckland, trader, Debtors.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the abovenamed Debtors are, on or before the eleventh day of March next, to come in and prove their Debts, at the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland.

And Notice is further given, that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House, aforesaid, on Saturday, the twelfth day of March next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the abovenamed Debtors, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.

In the matter of the Petition of Alexander Mackenzie, of Howick; Joshua Walter Adam; Samuel Worms, Debtors.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, on Saturday, the Twelfth day of March next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the final hearing and discharge of the abovenamed Debtors, and for the Despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.
