Officer, or other person acting in the execu-

South desires it to be notified for general

to be Rate Collector for that District for the

before the Twenty-first day of November
Instant, to come in and prove their Debts at
the Supreme Court Office, Auckland. And
Notice is hereby given that a Sitting of the
Court will be holden at the Court House
aforesaid on Tuesday, the Twenty-second day
of November Instant, at Eleven o’clock in
the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as con-
veniently may be, for the hearing of the
Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and
for the despatch of all business accruing
under the said Act.
