THE DEBTORS AND CREDITORS ACT, 1862.
In the matter of the Petition of George Morley, of Auckland, Assistant Draper; of James Walker, of Cabbage Tree Swamp, Farmer; of Matthew Whytlaw, of Wangaroa, Settler—Debtors.
Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are on or before the twelfth day of June next to come in and prove their Debts at the Court House, Queen Street, Auckland. And notice is further given that a Sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid on Monday, the Thirteenth day of June next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and for the Despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.

N.B.—The Proof of Debts must in all cases in the first instance be by affidavit.
In the matter of the Petition of George Forester, of Auckland, Trader; of Peter Corston, of Auckland, Assistant Draper; of Alexander Mackenzie, of Howick; of Joshua Walter Adlam, of Auckland, Grocer; of Joseph Charles Moore, of Onehunga, Storekeeper; of George Burgess—Debtors.
Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are, on or before the eleventh day of June next, to come in and prove their Debts at the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland. And Notice is further given, that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House, aforesaid, on Monday, the twelfth day of June next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the further hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.

Notice is hereby given, that unless the Creditors of the above-named Debtors come in and prove their debts, at the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, on or before the Eleventh day of June next, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefits arising from the said Estate.
