Commissioner of Crown Lands Office,
Auckland, March 10th, 1863.

THE following regulation apportioning the number of great and small cattle which may be depastured for the current year by each person holding a license, has been made by the Wardens of the Hundred of Howick.

DANIEL POLLEN,
Commissioner of Crown Lands.

1st. Licence holders (within the Hundred) occupying land, up to twenty acres, to be allowed to depasture five (5) head of great cattle, from twenty and up to fifty acres, seven (7) head of great cattle, and from fifty acres and upwards, ten (10) head of great cattle.

2nd. Four head of small cattle to be allowed in lieu of one head of great cattle.

THE following regulations appointing the number of great and small cattle which may be depastured for the current year by each person holding a license has been made by the Wardens of the Hundred of Panmure.

AT a Meeting of the Wardens of the Hundred of Panmure, held on the 11th of February, 1863, the following appointment was agreed to, viz.:โ€”That instead of

Six head of Great Cattle, each license holder will be entitled to run Seven for the year 1863.
