I hereby give notice that I claim to have my name enrolled as a voter for the election of the Highway Trustees for the District of Waitakerei South, (as Landowner, Lessee, or Mortgagee in possession, as the case may be,) and that the particulars of my place of abode and qualifications are as follows:β€”

Number of Allotments, and Sections and Name of Occupying Tenant (if any), and situation of Property. Number of Acres.

AUCTION OF WATER-TANK FEES,

THE Fees chargeable for supplying water from the Government Tank in Official Bay during the year 1864, will be disposed of by Public Auction, at noon of WEDNESDAY the 9th December next, at Mr. Samuel Cochrane's Mart, Fort-street.

The conditions may be seen at the Auction Mart on the day of sale, or at this Office prior to that date.
