PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale at the Kaiwaka village, in the building lately known as Hull’s store, on the 28th October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, as special settlement land.

Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said province, this sixth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
