NOTICE is hereby given that all persons claiming a right to vote at the election of a Board of Trustees for the District of Kaurinohore, under the Highways Act, 1862, are to send in their claims to John Piper Richardson, Esq., Kaurihohore, on or before the 1st day of October next, and that such claims must be in the form following:—

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the second clause of the “Highways Act, 1862,” I do hereby declare that the lands comprised within the several boundaries hereunder described, shall be a district under the said Act, and that such district shall be known by the name thereto prefixed, that is to say,—
THE DISTRICT OF KAURIHOHORE.
All those lands in the County of Marsden known as Apotu, Kaurihohore, and Tepua Blocks, bounded on the North East by the Mangaharuru River, a portion of the Northern boundary of the Kaurihohore block and the Mangakino River to where it joins the Waitana Creek, thence by the North Western boundary of the Wangarei Road District to Kete Nikau, thence by the Western boundary of the Tepua block to where it joins the South Western boundary of the Kaurihohore block, and thence by the South Western boundary of the Kaurihohore and Apotu blocks to the Mangaharuru River aforesaid; including all roads traversing the lands within the before mentioned boundaries.
