UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunto written will be offered for sale at the Waste Lands office at Auckland on the 16th day of February, 1863, as General Country Lands.

TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF TOTARA PILES
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 12th January, 1863.
TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Monday, the 2nd February next, for the supply of Totara Piles, according to the specification attached hereto.
The tenders must be signed by two respectable householders as sureties, as well as by the proposed contractor, each of whom will, upon the acceptance of the tender, be required to enter into a bond to the amount of £150 for the performance of the contract.
