PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 19th June, 1863.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Lots, Nos. 35 to 58 inclusive, in the Parish of Matakohe, County of Marsden, notified in the Auckland Provincial Government Gazette, of Thursday, June 11th, 1863, as to be for sale at the Waste Lands Office, Auckland, as General Country Land, on the 18th day of July 1863, will be withdrawn from the sale on that day.

TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Monday, 29th June, instant, from persons desirous of furnishing the undermentioned articles for the Provincial Hospital and Lunatic Asylum.

Tenders will be received either for the whole of the articles or a portion thereof.

Samples of each article of Bedding and Clothing to accompany the Tenders. Particular information may be obtained from the Provincial Surgeon.

Tenders to be endorsed, “Tender for Hospital and Asylum, &c.”
