PROCLAMATION.

Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act made and passed in the twenty-fifth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria intituled “The Town Boards Act, 1862,” it is amongst other things enacted that the Superintendent shall define and declare within the limits of the Town or City of Auckland, within which the provisions of this Act shall come into force from the first day of July, 1862.
Now therefore I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that for the purposes of the said “Town Boards Act, 1862” the limits of the City or Town of Auckland, within which the said Act shall come into force from the first day of July, 1862, shall be as follows:—
