IN conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, I publish the copy of the accounts of the Wardens of the Hundred of Auckland for the year 1861.

N.B.—Market fees have been collected by Messrs. Hunter, Cochrane, and Co., from the 1st of January to 16th of July, say six and a-half months, at £8 (£52), which the Wardens have failed to obtain after frequent applications, and suggest that legal proceedings be taken for the recovery of the same.
