I HEREBY notify for general information that I have this day entered upon the exercise and discharge of such powers and duties as are vested in me by the "Superintendent's Deputy Act, 1856."

I HEREBY notify that the Chairman of the first meeting of the electors of the "East Tamaki District" has, in accordance with the provisions of the "Highways Act, 1862," presented to me in writing, the names of the undermentioned Gentlemen elected Highway Trustees for that District.
