from thence by the North-west boundary of Mr. Henryโ€™s section to the road from Manga-waito Waipu; thence along that road till it joins the boundary of the Mangawai Reserve; thence by the Northern boundary of that Reserve to the sea; and lastly on the East by the sea; including all roads traversing the lands within the before mentioned boundaries.

I HEREBY notify for general information that a Memorial, signed by a majority in number of all persons having such interest in the District of Waipu as is required by the "Highways Act, 1862," praying that the operation of the said Act may be extended to the said District, has been received by me;

And I do hereby declare that the "Highways Act, 1862," shall henceforth be in full operation within the said District of Waipu.

NOTICE is hereby given that all persons claiming a right to vote at the election of a Board of Trustees for the District of Waipu, under the "Highways Act, 1862," are to send in their claims to Duncan McKenzie, Esq., Justice of the Peace, Waipu, on or before the 1st day of November next.

To Duncan McKenzie, Esq., J.P., the person appointed by the Superintendent for the District of Waipu.

I hereby give notice that I claim to have my name enrolled as a voter for the election of Trustees for the District of Waipu (as hereinafter, Lessee, or Mortgagee, in possession, as the case may be), and that the particulars of my place of abode and qualification are as follows:
