I HEREBY notify that I have appointed HENRY DOUGLAS MORPETH, ESQ., to act as Deputy for the Waste Land Commissioner at Mongonui, vice W. B. White, Esq., resigned.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Waste Land office, at Auckland, on the thirteenth day of June, 1861, as Suburban Land, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, this tenth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-one.
