IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Newmarket, by James Dilworth for trespass
and damages in his enclosed grass paddock
at Remuera,
1 spotted poley Cow, branded E C on the
Rump, and like T K on the ribs.
Damages, 5s. Owner unknown.

Also,

Impounded by J. Dilworth, for trespass
and damages in his enclosed grass paddock
at Onehunga,
1 yellow and white Heifer, no visible
brand

1 red and white poley Heifer, no visible
brand
Damages 5s. each. Owner unknown.

If not claimed within eleven days after the
date of this notice, application will be made
to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the
sale of the above mentioned Cattle,
agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."
