PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers
vested in the Superintendent in that
behalf, I hereby notify for public information
that all those pieces or parcels of Land, enumer-
rated in the Schedule hereunder written, will
be offered for sale on the fifteenth day of
October, 1860, as General Country Land, at
the Waste Lands Office, Mongonui.
